Important informationí:
Any breakage of the glass after the customer has received the delivery of the skydome, whether during onward transport, storage, on the transport frame, during assembly and handling or installation on site, or breakage of the glass due to thermal shock or climatic fracture etc. are not subject to a claim and cannot be accepted.
To prevent dirt settling on glazing, we recommend to mount the glass glazing in the angle of min. 5°.
Because of snow overload (there is a danger of glazing collapsing and leaking) of flat glass and flat polycarbonate (PC) glazing, it is necessary to regularly clean snow from the skydome surface.
Follow the instructions for skydome snow load measurements.
