AAG skydomes with new Al profile, superb modern design and excellent thermal insulation properties. AAG skydomes have unrivalled design using glass and anodized aluminium. Optional use of dome with screws as top layer to protect it from dirt, the self-cleaning effect is of an advantage. AAG skydomes fulfil the highest requirements for construction fillings: reaction to fire of specific parts A1 in accordance with ČNS EN 13 501-1, heat transfer coefficient Ut from 0,30 W/m2.K, soft body impact 1B1. AAG skydomes are used for lighting, daily ventilation and access to roof. AAG skydomes are used for lighting, daily ventilation and access to roof.

Reaction to fire – class A1 or E.

From 2019 we also offer Al frame of flat skydome in matt shade RAL 7021 anthracite – this product cannot be used in combination with dome glazing.

Important informationí:

Any breakage of the glass after the customer has received the delivery of the skydome, whether during onward transport, storage, on the transport frame, during assembly and handling or installation on site, or breakage of the glass due to thermal shock or climatic fracture etc. are not subject to a claim and cannot be accepted.

To prevent dirt settling on glazing, we recommend to mount the glass glazing in the angle of 5° and to use dome version for PC glazing.

Because of snow overload (there is a danger of glazing collapsing and leaking) of flat glass and flat polycarbonate (PC) glazing, it is necessary to regularly clean snow from the skydome surface.

Follow the instructions for skydome snow load measurements.
